At Zuflair, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience with fast 2-hour delivery. Since we process orders immediately, cancellations may not always be possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing them immediately for fast delivery.
  • If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 10 minutes of placing it at info@zuflair.in or WhatsApp +91 7975165099. We will try to assist you, but changes are not guaranteed.

1.2 When Can Zuflair Cancel an Order?

We may cancel an order under the following conditions:

Out-of-stock products – If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement or full refund.

Payment issues – Orders with failed or incomplete payments may be automatically canceled.

Unserviceable locations – If your delivery address is outside our serviceable area, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 48-hour return/exchange window from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

✔ The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

✔ All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

✔ The return/exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2 How to Request a Return or Exchange?

  • Email support@zuflair.in or log into your account and request a return/exchange.
  • Mention your order ID, reason for return, and images of the product (if applicable).
  • Once approved, ship the product to our return address at your own cost.
  • After inspection, we will process an exchange or refund as applicable.

🚨 Returns are NOT accepted for:

❌ Items without original tags and packaging.

❌ Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

❌ Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

3. Refund Policy

3.1 When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3.2 Refund Method

  • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking – Credited back to the original payment method.
  • Credit/Debit Card – Refunded to the same card (bank processing times apply).
  • Store Credit – Available upon request for faster resolution.

🚨 Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers must bear the return shipping charges.
