At Zuflair, we specialize in hyper-local delivery of women’s apparel within Bangalore. We are committed to delivering your orders within 2 hours so you can enjoy fast and hassle-free shopping.

1. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently deliver only within Bangalore.
  • If your location is outside our service area, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

2. Delivery Time & Charges

2.1 Standard Delivery (Within 2 Hours)

🚀 Guaranteed 2-hour delivery for all eligible locations in Bangalore.

💰 Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery is Free

Delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

2.2 Express Delivery (Under 1 Hour – If Available)

  • Faster delivery option (subject to availability).
  • Extra charge: ₹100 for express service.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed between 9 AM – 9 PM will be processed immediately.
  • Orders placed after 9 PM will be delivered the next morning.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can also track your order in real time on our website under Order Tracking.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Recipient Availability: Someone must be available to receive the order at the provided address.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may attempt redelivery once, after which the order will be canceled with no refund.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within 2 hours, delays may occur due to:

Heavy traffic or weather conditions

Festive or holiday rush

Unforeseen logistical issues

In such cases, we will notify you and do our best to complete the delivery as soon as possible.

7. Undelivered & Returned Orders

  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or non-availability, it will be returned to us.
  • The customer will need to reorder and pay a new delivery fee for reshipment.
