Welcome to Zuflair ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, https://zuflair.in (the "Site"), and our services, including the purchase and delivery of products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Information

  • Zuflair is an e-commerce platform that provides hyper-local delivery of women’s apparel in Bangalore.
  • We only serve customers within Bangalore and deliver within 2 hours from the time of order confirmation.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website: https://zuflair.in.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments (No Cash on Delivery at this time).
  • Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled as we process deliveries immediately.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We guarantee delivery within 2 hours for locations within our serviceable areas in Bangalore.
  • If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, strikes), we will notify you.
  • The recipient must be available at the delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable, re-attempts may incur an additional charge.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 48-hour return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Customers must initiate a return/exchange request via support@zuflair.in or through their account.
  • The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Zuflair does not provide free return pickups.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Product Availability & Pricing

  • Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
  • In case of pricing errors, Zuflair reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.
  • Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to support@zuflair.in.
  • Zuflair reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Zuflair website (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by Zuflair and protected under Indian copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Zuflair is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product descriptions, but we strive to provide the best information.
  • Zuflair is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., logistics partners).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • Zuflair reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
